About us
Csepeli Papírcsőgyár Kft. (Csepel Paper Tube Factory Ltd.) started operations in 1993. Before 1993, our paper tube plant was part of the Csepel Paper Mill. Initially, we supplied paper mills with spiral paper cores of various sizes. Later, the company specialised in manufacturing spiral wound paper tubes with a wide range of inner diameters and wall thicknesses.
In 2003 we moved to a new site and gradually built up our own customer base beyond the paper industry.
Since 2004 our company has operated an ISO 9001 quality management system.
Since 2018 we have operated a quality management system according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015.

In 2015 we started manufacturing paper edge protectors.
In 2020 we obtained FSC® certification (FSC-C157697).

Developments
We have commissioned a new high-performance paper tube winding machine.
The project is implemented with the support of the European Union, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
